Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to submit a return request for your Tapo device.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the camera, plug, or bulb in its original box, ensuring all cables and mounting kits are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return shipping carton.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the hardware and verify its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
